Ara que és temps de presentar els exercicis de l'any passat ha sortit a la llum quant van cobrar els alts càrrecs dels principals bancs espanyols, en total uns 300 milions d'euros. La qüestió és que entre els del BBVA i el Santander van cobrar 150 milions, aproximadament el mateix que va cobrar la resta de banc junts.
Aquests dos gegants financers es poden permetre el luxe de gastar aquesta gran suma en els seus directius. Els sous també son una forma de mesurar el poder que tenen, el santander va tenir uns beneficis de 7600 milions, per tant els salaris de la cúpula representen aproximadament un 1%.
Es justa la relació responsabilitat - retribució d'aquests personatges? Es ètic que tinguin aquests sous tan desorbitats? De tot això que deuen pensar els accionistes? Pensant com un accionista és un dilema, perquè si ho fan bé i generen aquests beneficis, però per altra banda es podria repartir entre els legítims propietaris part d'aquest 1%.

Yo personalmente no veo ético que cobre tanto la cuspide de la piramide. Si que es cierto que son la "cabeza" y que por ello se merecen mayor retribucion ( Retribución.—Es la cantidad de riqueza que se obtiene en virtud de un esfuerzo productivo.)

1-moderación en los precios
2-moderación en los beneficios empresariales
1-No es bueno que los precios suban mucho(inflación), y siempre se pide moderacion en los precios
2-Por el contrario raramente se pide moderacion en los beneficios empresariales. Cuando ello sucede, los pajarracos (hehe) pican al que lo dice

Jo personalment penso que hi han poders que tenen els directius (i ja no només económics) que mai ningú podrá tenir sino és que pot tenir accés a muntar una gran empresa (ja sigui heréncia, ja sigui amb pactes/mafies empresarials) i saber negociar.
Agafem el cas d'Estats Units, per exemple. En aquesta confederació d'estats els partits politics són subencionsts (comprats, diria jo) per empreses publicament. Allá es veu com una cosa normal i s'accepta. Tan de bo que aqui no arribi aquesta mentalitat...

Doncs jo discrepo en part en les dues respostes que veig en aquest fòrum.
Sí que és cert que és poc ètic el fet que una persona cobri tant com cobra el director d'un banc important (és més, diria que no existeix cap treball pel qual sigui justificat cobrar tant), però si això passa, crec que en gran part la culpa es deguda a la gent (nosaltres mateixos) en general.
Una part important dels beneficis d'un banc és a causa de les comisions que ens cobren per dur a terme certs serveis (domiciliació de nòmina, impostos per les formes "còmodes" de pagaments que demanem -tergetes de crèdit-, pagament dels rebuts de llum, aigua i gas, i fins i tot pel fet de mantenir una llibreta d'estalvi), i aquesta part no la cobraríen si agaféssim els nostres diners i els treguéssim d'allà:
1 - No disposarien del nostre capital per invertir-lo, i no treurien profit dels nostres diners.
2 - No ens cobrarien comisions, ja que no durien a terme cap operació.
3 - Es veuríen obligats a cambiar la política de preus (i molt probablement aumentaríen els interessos en les llibretes).
El problema és que sembla que tots els bancs s'hagin posat d'acord per mantenir una política semblant, i una persona es pot trobar amb el dilema de decidir on posa els seus estalvis. Però això ja té una "solució": ING Direct. Pel que sé, aquest nou banc trenca amb aquesta forma de procedir, reduïnt de forma considerable (a vegades eliminant) el gast que tenim que dur a terme per dipositar els nostres diners i domiciliar els nostres rebuts.
I no és que vulgui fer propaganda d'aquest banc, sinó introduïr sutilment el concepte de que, per comoditat crec, la gent no es preocupa, o no s'atreveix, a actuar conjuntament, treient els diners de bancs "injustos", i posan't-los en aquell que ofereixi millors condicions.
Per altra banda m'agradaria comentar també un concepte de la segona resposta: no fa falta recórrer a mafies ni a herències per a formar una gran empresa, en molts casos una bona ideia i una estratègia és suficient: Chupa Chups. Què és més simple que un carmel punxat a un pal? Doncs resulta que aquest carmel, aquest pal i aquesta idea, sense tenir grans recursos ni infrastructura incial, ha pasat a convertir-se en una importantíssima empresa.
No, no és ètic cobrar aquesta millonada. Entenc que un alt càrrec pot tenir algunes responsabilitats que poden fer que, com la cagui, tot s'en vagi a la m*****, però també entenc que una persona no pot cobrar aquesta vajanada per reunir-se amb X persona, dir Y frase, etc.
Crec que , com diu en David, s'hauria de fer alguna cosa amb els beneficis d'una empresa. Està clar que la fi d'una empresa es tenir més i més beneficis... però hi ha un punt on aquest augment és absurd. 7600 milions... per favor. Quan una empresa té tants beneficis que no sap que fer amb ells, podría abaratar els seus productes, repartir-los entre els accionistes o pujar el sou als seus empleats i no només als peixos grossos que dominen el cotarro. Els diners han de circular, no s'han de quedar sempre en les mans dels de sempre. Si l'empresa és dels accionistes, aquests beneficis hauríen de veure's reflectits de forma més o menys semblant en ells, i va a ser que no.
En fi, tampoc val la pena pensar en si és ètic o no, ja que les coses seguiràn així fins.. ves a saber. Amb tants diners poden fer molt mal si se'ls acorrala.
Com diu en Santi, falta voluntat social. Les empreses existeixen perquè hi ha gent que requereix els seus productes. Si ningú actúa quan una empresa es passa de la ratlla, a la llarga tenim un monopoli encara més difícil de rectificar. És clar que és la societat la que pot canviar les coses tancant l'aixeta, pero també és clar que la societat té tant a perdre (casa, feina, fills, ...) que qualsevol risc per la seva part els hi fa por... així que no el fa.
Esos bancos no tienen precisamente déficit. Mueven unas cantidades de dinero desorbitadas, todos sus empleados cobran por un trabajo y las cosas funcionan. Hagan más o menos trabajo, los beneficios que se generan son resultado de los directivos. Poco pueden hacer los trabajadores rasos para aumentar los beneficios en pongamos (por poner un número) 10.000 millones de euros.
¿Así que que hay de malo en que se repartan esos enormes beneficios los responsables de haberlos generado?
¿Estaría bien que los trabajadores rasos triplicaran su salario cuando las cosas fueran bien? Estaría genial, pero ellos no habrían hecho nada fuera de lo normal para merecérselo.
